Well... I'm almost there and am finding myself swamped with questions revolving around what am I going to do when I finally reach 90. Do I go Demon or sage; bow or Xbow? Anyway, this is what I have so far for 90... So just need opinions on how to make it better!

    advice to fledgling archers:
Going sage is like drunken sex, at first she may look good, but when you wake up the next morning; you'll look at her and go WHAT HAVE I DONE.

Why does so many archers use Cape of Tauroc Chieftain, it's a HA cape lol, I would settle with Mantle of the Ghost Lord or a 3* cape with hp/vit/dex modifiers, much better options than a few magical resis bonuses.

Just because we can / like or something xD

    Going back into the topic.
Im pure dex archer (restated, so vit and mag base points are 3 now)

Your gear and skills depends on what you wanna do and what you can afford. Im on pvp server, and im getting my archer on pvp as soon as she hits 90. However i am not a cash shopper and most of my stuff i got were with in with in game coins or so.

I am going demon for the extra damage and the spark gaining. (Sage is either quickier channelling or element damage - however books are cheaper)

Also, im using TT xbows since lv 80 for PvP and Slingshots for PvE. Rigth now im gonna use windcatcher (lv 88 xbow legendary) since its really cheap (I got one with 2 sockets G7 garnet +4 for 2mill) meanwhile i get Blinding Radiance.

For my armor im going full TT 90 green, its cheaper and have the same uses. The only difference with gold is that it has some additional blue attributes, which can easily bypassed with the correct build / strategy. Definetely the cost of gold armor is not worth it (besides it binds so, you CANT even resell it: its just coins wasted). In archers is all about your armor so i rather spend 10 - 15 mill in a refined +6 Blinding Radiance with 2 sockets sharded than in 2 pieces of armor that will be destroyed by 99.

    I hope i helped somehow.

Hmm I found a deal for +7 Blinding radiance with a garnet gem for 10 mils and took it. I believe getting the same by crafting, refining and socketing would cost me a lot more. Besides at this point, I dont think i can afford another weapon comparable to the the xbow I acquired given that I would need similar refines and sharding.

As for culti, i chose Demon simply due to the effectiveness vs cost.

Although the demon books maybe expensive, the spark alone greatly increases the DPS for demon archers making them out damage the sage counterparts. So when I hit 89/90 the spark alone would give me an atk speed boost which should compensate a bit for the lack of masteries (the books are expensive for me and at the moment i dont have the cash to buy them since am more into acquiring the armours first). Hopefully the higher levels in my faction would help me get the books from FB89/99 by the time i get there.

Okay so I do plan to get TT90 cape later down the road once I hit 90, but for now what I posted was just the basics of what I have now! Plus, with the cape I have now and my TT90 boots, you have +10hp and +7 mp recovery. The same thing goes with Generals Bracer's (TT90 Gold) which I plan to get later. Now, since I've decided on Demon, should I go with a Misty and a Heavenly, or two Heavenly rings? I hear Demon's don't miss as much to begin with so, would the damage be better along with Broad Land (For higher DPS). I was also thinking of changing to Everfragrance - Lvl 85 FCC Xbow - for the 2% critical. So, lots of crit and damage.

The TT cape is fairly expensive. If you're going to spend that much cash on a cape, I'd save up a bit more and wait for Anni Pa- I mean Coral to come back, and grab one of the really sexy capes.

Um, a Tauran like that is not going to be much. Definitely not enough to buy enough gold to get an event cape.

I, too, have a Cape of Tauran Chieftain. If I ever find the secret thing that high level players use to be able to afford Lunars and even stuff, I might consider getting one of the event capes.

Pretty sure he means since cape of elite leather is fairly expensive for him that he'd rather save up a bit extra from the coin it'd take to get on and buy himself one of the event capes instead.

Ugh, totally missed the "TT". But the only "TT cape" that I know would be Mantle of the Ghost Lord. Cape of Elite Leather is a mold. And really, considering that Cape of Elite Leather is lvl 96, I think by then you should be bored enough to have enough coin for an event cape. If not, then just get that bored, it's easy enough.

You could easily add 1 more socket to the cape and helm.

Change the belt for Demon Slaughter Belt or one of the TTs.

Misty Forest changed for Mastadon or another Heavenly Lord.
