well aint u a barrel of ugly ol trollness, not many problems, so rubber banding for instance or the bugged TB wings, uber lag in places were lag was never an issue, patches of the game missing ie: OT theres 4 patches on the ground were u can see wireframe almost?

and no its not really that anything big is going on in the background, seing as before this expansion is even finished theyr already releasing another race with 2 more classes, land extention around 1k streams. ohhh but thats a secret LMAO.
And if u look closely, how many of the recent "maintenance" has actually fixed anything?
Or u wanna cram your trolling for 5 seconds an open your eyes 2 realise that everything been done in last 8 months has been to make more money.

BTW theres a huge team, The american side which is comprised solely of males, cant remember staff numbers.
And the Beijing Team which is solely woman is rather large and just got a new manager :P welcome new boss

....um, the top listing on that page refers, i think, to the Chinese New Year celebration-"Lantern Festival", which, though we had it last year, was blithely ignored this year, despite its importance this particular year (year of the Tiger...imagine the fun we *could* have had with that...). so, we missed out on that fun, the new costumes. so what exactly is it that we are looking for on that page? other than the 'slow down and enjoy the game' comments, which i totally agree with! http://tinyurl.com/yawvzrmb:cute

I fail at this forum... messed up first time with Multi-Quoting (managed to miss the post reply button), so I'm hoping I didn't miss anything when I quickly skimmed over the thread to re-find the posts I wanted to reply to.

First of all, thanks to all of the admins who'd responded in this thread. I understand the issues with release of info (have dealt with that myself), but I was getting concerned because these past few weeks have been nothing like what'd I'd normally seen from PWE with regards to PWI updates/patches. For one, the main page (at the time of the original post, at least) has not had its patch notes updated since a month ago.

Anyways, replying to specific posts in this thread...

Sorry to disappoint you Waffle, but there's no QQing here, as I clearly stated in the original post. I was just wondering what was going on, as the notes/etc. released lately have been very, very ... lacking? ... in comparison with those released in the past. I like this game, and though I wish we could get some sort of update (at least some info on the progress of) things like TB skills, demon/sage, etc... I'm not going to cry about it because I know development takes time. This post was merely intended to ask whether or not I should stay here, whether or not PWI was a dying game based on the seeming lack of activity lately.

And of course, I'm not asking for groundbreaking updates every week. I've been in on server development before, and it takes a HELL of a long time to create content from scratch, but I thought that most of the development came from China's team with tweaks and localizations coming from PWE's development team. Hence, asking if something was being worked on in the background. The most I'm hoping for is TB 79 skills and TB demon/sage. Nothing more.

I honestly was not expecting admins to post here with explanations, but I am very grateful that they have. Thanks for keeping us out of the dark.

Thanks for that detailed response, darth You really didn't have to take so much time to write such a post, but it is appreciated. I know that listing every detail of every patch is not constructive, but there does seem to be some difference between recent patch notes and previous patch notes (from over a month ago). Perhaps this is just a result of a change in policy (regarding release of patch notes), or a result of the projects being worked on in the background (= less time to write patch notes as they were written before)... either way, it just got me worried.

As far as my own experiences go, though, I'd like to thank you guys for having pretty damn excellent customer service The response time is pretty fast for such a busy company, and I appreciate the GMs' efforts to contact players ingame. Even though it can come at the most unexpected times... making you feel like you're getting kidnapped lol.
