    Recasting from TT/Lunar > Nirvana does not atm carry over refines and shards.

    You will get 10400 resistance... note that the 10000 is still your base resistance for other resist buffs.

    Well all the pieces are farmed, the refines are not. So with the latest orb sales, go figure.
