The more you lose at a mmorpg the more you win at life!

The more you win at a mmorpg the more you fail at life!

This is a weird semi true statement imo, what do you think?

    In a way its true

The more you win the more you fail at life : You spend your life on a game to be the best so you have no life

Then just reverse it for the other

I would put it more like this: "If you fail on an mmo (and you really tried not to), then you probably fail at life. If you win on an mmo, then you probably fail at life."

I prefer the statement: If you constantly QQ in an mmorpg about every little thing, then you probably wear diapers in real life.

I play this MMO a lot. I have a lot of free time.

I also go AFK a lot. I have a real life to live.

It's a relatively good mix of the two, but I'm probably more "AFK" than not. So I agree with whoever said there is no real life, only AFK.

    False.

Point A:I'm lvl 98 Archer with pretty high gear. 42% crit without any demon skills and I run a very active faction. We've had people leave because it was too active. (Level 3, 100+ members)

Point B:I'm in the United States Air Force, also I work for a networking company, and a computer company, I have a fiancee, a Car, a place of my own, all types of insurance, currently going to college for my bachelor's degree and planning on getting PhD in the future.

    I call that a Win + Win.

The part that says if you win in mmo then you fail at life can be true sometimes, especially when you waste 10 hrs of your day on it every day (a lot of people do that really b:surrender).

But when you fail in mmo, then you probably fail in RL too b:laugh(it takes a really dumb person to fail in this simple mmo as PW).

Very educated guess, now please leave b:pleased.

This is completely untrue and its impossible to make a poll/question like this simply because everyone is at different stages of their life and are doing different things, personally i think its an arrogant thread.

Not even lying here. You can ask anyone that knows me in real life. I'm part of a gaming community called Bay Area Gamers. One of the members is an Ex-Cal player and is very good at gaming. Currently he is also on the U.S. Olympic team. I mean.. you can't get much more of a life than being in the Olympics. Proving that statement false, yet again.

I read the poll in humour. Most of the polls designed here are horribly biased and incorrectly framed anyways, so I don't think they mean much.

On the one hand, I have had plenty of laughs about some of the people in this game. On the other hand, I am level 90 myself. Think what you want.

I think sage/demon are equal in terms of strength etc but demon for me is way better in terms of my play style. Im guessing that its a polite no for the 1 level b:chuckle.

The only sweeping generalization that is always true, is to say that all generalizations have exceptions that prove them false.

There's probably a more concise, quotable version of that somewhere, but I'm too busy to look it up right now.

i said no. but thats only because a statement can never be proven true, only supported.

Nothing ever has a clean cut, there will always be roughness somewhere. (came up with that right now lol.)
