LA going HA/A at 35

I've been following the standard LA 3 mag 1 str 1 dex since I rolled her. This is not my first veno, I played PW-MY in TW etc as a light. Just got to PWI and am fascinated by the HA/A build. Currently my stats sit at vit 5, mag 105, str 39, dex 39. Without restatting I'm going to switch to 3 mag 2 str to catch that up over the next few levels. I read the whole guide from Reikara and some of the builds she lists have the same dex and vit, so I should be able to make this work.

My question is, is their any equipment in particular I should look for on my way up? Almost all the stuff in the guide is much higher, so was wondering if there's any quest gear or molders I need to look for that would make my trip any easier?

I just love meleeing in fox, and would like to optimize fox for solo while still being able to contribute to squads. I enjoy TW but my main priority will be PVE to help out my factionites. I understand this is an endgame build, but it suits my playstyle better than arcane and I want to switch from light before my dex gets high enough to require a restat.

tbh its much smarter to wait until at LEAST 70.

the gears and +x's on armor are just harder to obtain, and 30-50 is at most a few weeks. Just a thought. might wanna wait.

Ok, let me put it this way: I'd like to do most of my questing/grinding in fox, how can I optimize that without losing a bunch of effectiveness in caster for squads?
Basically I want my autoattack in fox to do more damage. Adding str is the only way to really do that. Should I keep my LA and gem for str/hp? My pet will be tanking so pdef is of minor concern.

Edit:tsiyaama is me, not sure why my avatar didn't show up on my first post.

Its probably best to leave the build till lvl 90. from lvls 80-90, you could easily farm everything +stat ortament(maybe even including the HH90 cape) and all the armors in that time and have it ready for you when you hit 90. This is my plan. As for now, what i would do is use physical attack rings in fox form to boost your physical attack, then switch back to magic rings in human form. I dont personally do this myself, but it's an idea.

That's what I've been doing so far, thanks for the input. I hate the thought of having to put out for restats when I'm trying to get a HA/A set together, but ah well. The penalty for not reading the forums before I started the char.

I agree with the above messages, I was LA once, but I really find difficult to switch to HA/AA. you definitely need to be 73+ at least. before 73, be an arcane like everyone else and get a herc. you will be so rich, nothing can stop ya!

Well, just picked up my phys attack/strength jewelry. Gonna hate wasting points in dex now though. Tempting to reroll arcane just to find this char now lol.
