Hello, Perfect World users!

I am working for Perfect World Korean Server.
I am struggling with Dizzy's Blood Combat quest.
I've been told to try making a squaded so I did, I thought my level might be too low so I tried leveling to 100.
Yet I'm only wasting time and the quest won't progress!
What do I do to make progress with this quest?
Of course, I did try logging out and in.

Also, how do I enter Nirvana?
I tried entering it with the key of it, but it did not work so I've even made 6 people party with everyone above level 100.
Not even with each and every one of the party members having the key, we couldn't enter Nirvana.
