Leveling up and the skills available.

I've been playing PWI, since its introduction to the US market.
As a beta tester, and an account that has been around the block with this game, and several others... I feel PWI lacks the luster of other online gaming worlds (ie, WoW, the gaming phenominon)
Listed below are my game ideas as a dedicated gamer in the PWI world:
1. There are level gaps in skills, that discourage people from going too far beyond level 60 ( 19 levels in a skill gap? It is, in a way, outrageous when considering the game time it takes to move from point A to point B { ie. 60-79, 79-100)
For those of us who are dedicated players, it would be fantastic to see some new skills developed, and the level gap in between them perhaps... shortened?
I believe that the draw of these games is the ability to have a purpose, to work toward something, it is discouraging to play for countless hours with only a level number to reward you.
*NOTE* while having an original account, I play but one character passionately, and as such, I really only have experience with Wizards, forgive me if the skill information is wrong for other classes.
Being able to create our own fashions (ie. the limiting effect of 3 choices per level catagory) would be grand. It is limiting as a gamer to be forced into the cash shop to purchase asthetics. I believe good business is in the fun we have, and the variety there-in. while you are free to play, it would certainly encourage the more artistic aspect in your players, and provide yet another outlet in the game.
3. the skills are great, the artwork beautiful. From the aspect of playing a wizard though, there are several drawbacks.
Personally (again, in my opinion only) the 'Distance shrink' spell needs sincerely revamped. I site ' Flyff (copyright GpotatoOnline)' as a prime example of a perfected teleportation spell. The disapearing act and reappearing is much more creative, and visually exciting than is the 'shunt him forward' method currently propogated. I would love to see the ability to vanish and reapear where the cursor selects, also making it easdier to gauge distance in game (example, accidently sending your char. into a group of mobs, because it is gauged in pre-set meters.) limit the distance, vanish, reapear as far away as you clicked (within the confines of level- ordained traveleable distance )
.... hmm... the only other thing I can think of would be... perhaps a gneral increase in sword speeds. humans are rediculously slow in the air, even if you buy a really nice sword.
4. I love this game, the creators and staff are brilliant, my compliments!
