Tailor skill level 2 and

Hello,

I have Tailor Skill level 1 and I wonder how I get it to level 2 and then to level 3.
I went to Elder and it doesn't let to upgrade it to level 2. I saw the that the mastery level of the skill is 0/10. I wonder what I do wrong ?

    I did read it. didn't understand
    I have in Elder the Tailor Skill level 2 and I simply can't press it. its like a skill without color.
    and there is a mastery level and it's 0/10. maybe when its 10/10 i can buy it. how i do it 10/10 ?

    You need to make armors and other Tailor stuff. 0/10 means you need to do 10 things.

    You need to make 10 armors that require Tailor lvl 1. After that the Elder will let you upgrade the skill.

    For tailor lvl 3, you need to make xx number of armors that require Tailor lvl 2, and so on.

    You have to manufacture 10(?) lv. 1 (not lvl 1!) items for that level. Then you can advance to second tailor lvl.
