How long does faction icon request take?

b:surrender just upgraded guild to lvl 3 today and submitted ticket under 'gameplay' and attached 2 screenshots of lvl 3 guild /w 100 faction members and the icon

For us in Raging Tide, our leader submitted it and it didn't take affect until 1-3 weeks ago. It shouldn't take that long anymore, I bet 1-2 weeks now, probably after a patch b:chuckle
