This happens all the time, no one does anything about it. I've submitted tickets but can't right now because the ticketing system is turned off. Multiple browsers on multiple computers with differing operating systems and it still won't submit when I click submit. Tried clearing the data, history, cache, everything. Still will not submit.

I read somewhere that live chat only works during business hours, but no one has been smart enough to post those on the live chat page. I mean really, get a clue guys. It was 5:30ish PM Pacific time. so I'm guessing that you guys aren't open then. For an International game that's pretty shoddy. Id hate to be in a timezone where I could only get support from 2-5am.

I have submitted a few tickets on this myself. I'm always tempted to go back and do the same to the offender. Hop into cube with sleep ready and all defenses up, but then I'm really no better than they are taking advantage of the same bug. Then they would be able to report me and I'd rather just have them banned.

Still, why isn't this fixed? Adjusting localization of the safe area should not require a large change in the code.
