How to use Galewind Spurs

Hello,

I bought Galewind Spurs from Boutique and I bought a Kirin.
I want to use the Galewind Spurs to make the level req of the Kirin to 20. I am at Pet Manager and I dont understand how to do it.

    talk to the Pet Manager click on the option "Upgrades of Ride Pets" then along the top of the pop up box click on the "Quick" Tab and the third pet there is the way to upgrade your Kirin
