tideborn quest

hey people
i was tryin to start that tideborn quest coz of the massive EXP it gives,as i read the info about the quest it said that i have to visit the elder of my own race,i did,and it doesent give me any quest
i went to tideborn elder,theres a quest called "warriors proof" but i cant start it coz i need to complete the 7 quests that come before it,and i cant start them coz my elder doesent give me anything
am i missing something or do you have any ideas what i could do?
