FB 49/51 Question

I want to do my fb49/51 run soon, so I checked the guides for it online.
One of them, says that I should have the following quests before running:

Level 49 Quest: God's Tear
Level 51 Challenge Quest: Sign of the Talon
Level 51 Quest: The Book
Level 51 Challenge Quest: Call of Duty: Wraithbeast
Level 51 Challenge Quest: Avenger's Fury
Level 51 Challenge Quest: Call of Duty: Wraithbeast (Part 2)
Powerful Lord

I have everything except Call of Duty: Wraithbeast (Part2) and Powerful Lord. Is this normal? Do I get the quests after completing one of the other ones? Am I supposed to exit the dungeon and then go back in?

    That's correct. You get the last two after turning in the quest for Fushma and Rankar, so you need to leave the dungeon then come back with the third tab and boss quest (Wyvern).

    Does 'powerful lord' give a third tab? i tried this today and got the quest but no tab... seems wrong.

    The third tab can be obtained at the same time as Powerful Lord. I don't recall what NPC gives it, though it's one of the ones at Dragon's End.
