Obsession/Petals/A Treatment quest chain bug

Saint_Helens - Lost City

I enountered this bug while on my veno 2 days and am warning everyone about it.

Ok after soloing the Petals portion of the quest chain I went ahead and turned in the quest to Apothecary Wu in Dreamweaver Port and got the Cure for Love in my quest inventory.

Before I continued on to finish the chain a faction member needed help with a boss so I thought ok I’ll go up & assist him with said boss (it was Suzerix Adalwolf Elder). Squadded him up, took care of the boss & that was that.

This next part is the bug. After the boss was taken down I was flying south to Lost City & just before I got there I left the squad & immediately after I get this message “Quest A Treatment failed” & 1 Cure for Love disappeared.

I can’t retake either the Obsession or Petals portion of the quest chain nor can I get back the Cure for Love quest item to complete the final part of the quest chain to get the Coin, XP, SP, & rep reward. Also when I click find quest the quest A Treatment shows up as available quests.

I am not sure what other conditions would cause this but it appears as though if after the Petals part is done and turned in & the player isn’t in a squad but then enters into a squad & exits the squad before the A Treatment part is turned in it will fail.
