Marriage quest problem

I have a problem
I'm trying to get married, my bf has the stamp and i have the knot and still the quest isn't appearing for us.
We are both in squad together to.
Is anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it??

    This happened to me and my bf. We both relogged and then it worked okay =)
