Whenever the time comes for a new class...
Conjurer
Kinda like a veno. Except a bit more reliant on the summons and chi usage. The summons follow the user, but attack on their own. The user can only choose the targets (for certain summons). Summons for the most part can't tank since they can't be healed. Depending on how much hp the user has when the summon is used, the summon can be weakened.

Skills:
Spiked Earth (Level 1)
Wrap the target with massive thorns. Inflicts base weapon damage + a% weapon attack. Has b% chance to slow target by c%.
Level 1: a=50% b=60% c=20%
Level 10: a=120% b=80% c=40%

Wind Force (Level 6)
Summons spirits in the wind to deal damage to the target. Inflicts base weapon damage + a% weapon attack + b metal damage.
Level 1: a=75% b=1000
Level 10: a=125% b=2000

Summoner Mode (Level 9)
Decrease all damage taken by a%. Consumes b mana every 5 seconds. Effect ends when user is out of mana or current hp is c% of max hp. Required to use 'summon' skills. Can only use 1 summon at a time.
Level 1: a=2% b=4 c=75%
Level 10: a=10% b=40 c=25%

--Minor Summon (Level 9)
Summons a fairy of metal. Inflicts a metal damage every 2 seconds to current target. Hp is equivalent to b% of users current hp. Recovers c chi per hit.
Level 1: a=300 b=20% c=2
Level 10: a=1000 b=70% c=10

--Torrential Summon (Level 9)
Summons a dragon of the seas. Seals all targets (unable to attack) for a seconds around you every b seconds in 8 meters. Hp is equivalent to c% of users current hp. Water use only.
Level 1: a=1.0 b=8.0 c=10%
Level 10: a=3.0 b=5.0 c=40%

--Thunder Summon (Level 19)
Summons a thunderbird from the sky. Inflicts base weapon damage + a% of weapon attack + b metal damage to current target every c seconds. Hp is equivalent to d% of users current hp. Land and Air use only.
Level 1: a=60% b=1000 c=5 d=5%
Level 10: a=200% b=3000 c=3 d=25%

--Earth Summon (Level 29)
Summons a warrior made of earth. Inflicts a earth damage to all targets within 8 meters every 3 seconds. Hp is equivalent to b% of users current hp. Land use only.
Level 1: a=200 b=25%
Level 10: a=2000 b=90%

--Ethereal Summon (Level 49)
Calls on the help of the celestials, summons an angelic fairy. Heals all friendly targets within 15 meters. Heal is a% of max hp + b every c seconds. Hp is equivalent to d% of users current hp. Requires 1 Spark to use.
Level 1: a=10% b=300 c=6 d=30%
Level 10: a=25% b=1000 c=4 d=55%

--Forbidden Summon (Level 59)
Summons a warrior from the abyss. Inflicts base weapon damage + a% of weapon attack + b fire and earth damage to current target every c seconds. Hp is equivalent to d% of users current hp. Reduces users max hp by e%. Requires 2 Sparks to use.
Level 1: a=200% b=2000 c=3.0 d=30% e=5%
Level 10: a=400% b=4000 c=1.0 d= 50% e=20%

--Unsummon (level 12)
Calls back a summon. Requires 40 chi.

Fairy Wind (Level 19)
Call on the wind to increase the user's movement speed by a%. Lasts for b seconds.
Level 1: a=10% b=20
Level 10: a=30% b=60

Last Spell (Level 29)
Effect activates when user's HP is less than 25%. Absorb the energy around you to inflict a damage to the target. Accuracy is based on users current hp, +10% chance for every 8% difference from max hp (lower hp=higher accuracy). Last for 10 seconds per cast or when effect has activated. Requires 1 Spark.
Level 1: a=2000
Level 10: a=10000

Bind Specter (Level 29)
Summon a spirit from the abyss and attach it to the target. Inflicts base damage + a metal damage over 15 seconds.
Level 1: a=1000
Level 10: a=3000

Energy spike (Level 29)
Shoots a powerful blast of energy at the target. Inflicts base magic weapon damage + a% weapon damage + b metal damage. Has c% chance to knockback target by d meters. Requires 50 chi.
Level 1: a=90% b=1200 c=60% d=5
Level 10: a=180% b=2400 c=100% d=10

Focus Energy (Level 39)
Increase your magic weapon damage by a% for b seconds. Requires 30 chi.
Level 1: a=35% b=30
Level 1: a=65% b=120

Advance conjuring (level 45)
Increase the damage inflicted by the user's summons by a%. Last for 15 minutes.
Level 1: a=10%
Level 10: a=30%

Astral Shield (Level 49)
Summons a barrier around you. Nullifies all damage. Each hit consumes 1 spark. Last for a seconds. Effect ends when user does not have enough spark to block attack.
Level 1: a=30
Level 10: a=60

Loyalty (level 49)
summons absorb a% of total damage inflicted on user. Lasts for 15 minutes.
Level 1: a=10%
Level 10: b=50%

Negative Energy Sphere (Level 59)
Engulf the target and all targets 12 meters within with a black hole. Inflicts base magic damage + a% of weapon damage + b metal damage. Has c% to stun for d seconds. Requires 2 Sparks.
Level 1: a=100% b=1500 c=75% d=3.0
Level 10: a=200% b=4500 c=90% d=5.0

Metal Mastery (Level 29)

Blood Contract (Level 79)
Doubles the max HP of all summons. Last for 120 seconds. Requires 1 Spark.

--Immortal Summon (Level 79)
Summon the invincible destroyer. Inflicts 99% hp/mp damage to the user. The destroyer inflicts magic damage equal to the amount of hp/mp user lost to all targets within 8 meters. Unsummons after one attack. Requires 2 Sparks.

--Deity Summon (Level 100)
Summons a portion of Pan Gu's power to aid you. Increases the target's max HP by 250% for 12 seconds. Unsummons after casting is complete. Requires 2 Sparks.

Daimon Seal (Level 100)
Inflicts random negative status/movement ailments on the target. Damage over time is based on 30% of user's max hp. Last for 6 seconds. Requires 1 Spark.
