Supreme Foxwings changed?

So, I got back to my old grinding spot, near city of the plume. When I started to kill the foxwings, I noticed that they would almost always do their magic attack. When I was around their level, they were not doing the magic very much, I'd say that every tenth one did that. Now every foxwing does it, some even spam it constantly. I have wondered why. Anyone else who noticed it? It seems that it doesnt matter if I start attacking with the normal attack or use a skill.

    What weapon are you using, and which group of foxwings is it? There are three clumps of non-aggro foxwing supremes right next to beginner areas, and some aggro type that are in other areas. So that could be one thing.

    As for weapon, some have longer reach and will leave you outside of melee range. This means the mobs will keep using their ranged magic attack. On the ones spamming magic, try using a sword or fist to get in close, then swap to your preferred weapon. This will let you check if it is simply a problem of distance, which is common with spear and sometimes axe weaponry.

    Get a High lvl Fist warrior use it, Restat to axes. GG - complexx

    It is the spot near City Of The Plume, so they are non-aggro. Also, it doesn't help if I go inside them and start hitting.
