Offerpal ZEN doesn't get transferred!

Hi,

My girlfriend (IGN: JulietJules) did Offerpal free offer to register and download Fiesta game. She saw that she got 15 ZEN in her Wallet here. So she transferred it to her Sanctuary server account, but then in transaction history it showed that the transaction is done. But when she logged in into the game and check her Boutique, there is no 15 gold! Only a few silvers (left over from previous ZEN purchase) there.

So what is it? Any GMs care to explain about it? :(

    15zen=15silvers...
    dont expect to get something worse $15 by downloading free game...
    if you want 15gold, get 1500zen

    I have yet to get any Zen from the survey I filled out several hours ago too.

    Grrr. I submitted a ticket already. It said it would take "Minutes" to receive the Zen, yet here I sit.

    Hate to be a buzz kill, but about 9/10 of those offers are completely and totally worthless.

    Even having zen show up in your wallet would be considered a victory in my book.

    It may not be entirely clear, but zen is to gold and silver as pennies are to dollars and cents. Basically 1 zen is 1 silver. 100 zen is 1 gold.

    Grats to your girlfriend, she can now get a tele and join the WC drama for 2 seconds.

    But seriously speaking, 15 zen is rather crappy. You could make more zen by searching under your bed in the time you take to fill out a survey.

    I have had no problems with receiving my zen for the surveys I have filled out, granted I didn't expect it to be instant but It did show up I checked back the next day and it was there.It works much better then the "free diamonds" offer through RoM(Runes of Magic) I'm at approx 30 Dias for about 500 Dias I have completed offers for. IMHO this offer through PW is really good I have done 3 things for zen and got all the zen promised to me within a day. You do have to be VERY selective about the offers you complete but with a keen eye and a patient brain you can do well with these offers. And remember at the end of the day these are free offers, and in my world something for essentially nothing is a good deal no matter.

    1 zen = 1 silver
    100 zen = 1 gold

    These mathematics go to show...

    Your girlfriend got every bit of silver she got from that survey.

    P.S. It's already been said the majority of those surveys are worthless and many of them do not even pay out either. So let us end on the happy note:

    15 ZEN is only 15 silver. From our logs, this was successfully transfered to the Sanctuary server. Th amount of silver you had prior to the transfer was 76 silver and after the transfer you had 91 silver. 50 silver was spent on a Battle Pet Pack and there is 41 silver remaining which is accurate. If you still require help with this issue, you will have to do so via the ticketing system.

    You expect $15 dollars worth of Zen for downloading a game that takes approx. 45 minutes of your time or filling out a survey that takes 3 minutes?
