Tideborn quest help.

As far as I know this should be geared more twords tideborns than any other class.
I reached level 40 today and recieved a number of quests, apart of the coming of age series quests, in which I was given many tasks, and up to the point of for some bizare reason having to find a merhcant of some sorts named duke Brake or something relative to that.
This quest had a 10 minute timer in which it asked you to find him to obtain some rare items for a cheap amount.

In all honesty I was completely lost, and still am, the timer has since then stoped and I never recived another quest, any help concerning this issue would be greatly apperciated.

    Read the quest description more carefully. The offers of finding Duke are just a trick to try and make you fail. You need to simply stand still through the counters at the array, and wait for it to eventually tell you to go back to the elder. If the countdown gets stuck, I think you need to relogg.

    Not so much that it's just that the timer has disapeard.
    There is no more time.
    Never said fail ethier though....
    So just stand in the middle of raging tides?

    Try relogging first - but yes. To pass the quest, you just stand still once you get the initial pop-up.
