Is it posssible to achieve the legendary 5.0 at/s permanently without having to demon spark

that genie skill can boost it to 5 hits/s don't think there are any other, but its not like you can spam it..

you can get near with Cyclone Heel at max lvl or Leaf Dance

Relentless has pitiful duration and even with high STR points it's not really effective.

Demon Cyclone or RB (Heaven's Wrath) will get you up close but not 5.0, and none of these speed boosts stack.

So no, AFAIK you can't go perma 5.0 without demon spark, unless they decide to increase the speed cap from 3.33.

^speaks truth they have awfully short duration both Leaf Dance and specialy lower lvl Courage..still you might get that 3 sec of fun...but no need to be obsessed with 5 hits/s think now that chi gain per hit is 5 instead of 4 even 4.0 hits/s should be nuf to keep you at permaspark(dunno about this but there has been some talk about it) assuming you want permaspark or just play cool with 5 hits/s

Archers already got 5.0/s normal attack speed, thanks to their rank armor with -0.1 interval
BM can have 4.0/s normal attack speed with -0.45 interval (fists, heavy/light 99 set, tome, cape and nirvana pants), and that's 5.0 attack speed with wind shield / cyclone kick.
