No hair for the tideborn?

me and my gf have the same problem, if we are playing a tideborn char, we have hair, but no other tideborn does, this carries over to other races, if im on my BM i still do'nt see tideborn hair. it wasn't annoying at first but i would like to get this fixed, is there a manual patch or somthing for it?

    Do you turn on best performance or turned off custome option on ui option ?
    Because tb will become bald if you do.

    most likely culprit is "customizations" one of the patches disabled it for some reason

    it disables it every time u log off, so once u log on game turn ur customizations on

    no it doesn't actually. just a patch or 2 disabled it. it has to be fixed after patch is installed.
