How 2- change ur faction Icon

ive been sending in tickets, but aparently im doing something wrong. does anyone know exactly how to go about doing this?

Im not a fact leader, but as far as i know you have to get a 16x16 image(idk the format sorry b:surrender) then submit it as a ticket with your account name, and faction

I do believe they are revamping the faction icon submission at the moment, so they may not take any icons for now.
