PayByCash sucks!!!!

Rant time!

Purchased zen using PaybyCash option....1.5 hours later and still this:
"Billing: You have 0 ZEN." And yes friends, I've logged out and back in again.

Perhaps I'm merely a reflection of immediate gratification expectations in a digital world. The money sure left my account in a nanosecond, what is ridiculous is the length of time to move said funds from one place to another. 15-30 mins is understandable but 1.5 hours?!

End rant. For others who are considering using this payment method I'd say try other options...anything would be better than this endless wait.

    I talked with a GM, and they said they checked in game with you that all was well.

    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    In the future, you should contact PayByCash for these issues first. PWE will not receive the information for your transaction through PayByCash until it is 100% completed. Once PayByCash completes your purchase and sends the signal to our billing systems, ZEN will be awarded automatically.
