(Heavy)TT99 or Rank 8? and weps

I was wondering whats better for a barb TT99 heavy armour or Rank 8 heavy armour? In the forums it said:best armour is TT99 and a combination of others but ive heard that Rank8 has more defence or its better? Please can someone tell me/lead me to a page with the answers. Also need to know a good tanking wep. Its Pangu's Giant axe but is there something better maybe? Also could someone lead me to a Pwi calculator with like the best barb armour/wep - armour and wep thats possible to get, not warsoul weps- and build. (im planning to be sage).TY

    rank 8 has more defense/hp per refine, but it isnt really worth sacrificing 4.252 USD for it. TT99 has a number of bonuses perfect for PVP and PVE applications, making it a useful armor set. if you REALLY want to go all out, theres always lunar gear you can farm for.

    tt99 gold HA > lunar HA, Lunar has a higher grade for refines but the adds arent helpful towards barbs. Also tt99 gold's set bonus is real nice P:.

    So what u just said is about heavy armour for barbs right? And I dont really know those stuff Lunar or something...(sorry nobody told me about Lunar stuff). So could u make a short explaination and is TT99 better than lunar or something? or basically whats the best Heavy armour you could get for a barb.

    Could you also write the bonus's for the TT99/lunar or something and Rank 8 or a selected armour which is better? Needed to know the stats and armour bonusses.. Thanks if u could do that for me and pls dont send me a link to pwi database...just a comparison between different armours..b:laugh
