This game is getting upsetting.

...I finished all the Missions at Raging Tides. The Elder teleported me to Archosaur and it said I finished the mission. I was instructed to go to the Arena, but the Arena lady said it's under construction. So...how do I get more missions!?

    Open your Quest Log....Hit "Find Quest"....you will then be shown a list of Quests you can start at your level.

    I can assure you if you just made it to Arch...you have a ton of quests and running around to do.

    I believe its talking about the 'arena' above the tideborn city. b:surrender I believe that's what they called that.

    Yep you've got a long road..and a long list of quests do what rose said and you will be leveling in no time :)
