Help quick please!!

My friend is a lvl 90 veno.
He has never done adventure quest
he can pick up the regular one with the **** reward ( two perfect stone or w/e)
he said the night scream island doesnt appear on find quest
Can he still get the quest even though its not on find quest? we are doing lvl 90+ adventure quest and he also cannot do those. its there something wrong here , please help!!

I think i may haeve posted under the wrong section srry for that T.T
So the Dead guy says "LOL you fail, you didnt even one shot me"

    Nightscream island is in Dreamweaver, one of the boats in Dreamweaver has an orange glow on it, stand in the orange glow and it teleports you to nightscream island as for your other questions i dunno O.o
