Client Issue

Just a Small question here:

I am trying to log into the game I start the client and it says could not Launch game. Servers are up according to main page on site and the Client screen.

Am I getting this message because GM's are trying to get this problem with XP and all situated or a Completely different issue?

Any Advice I've Downloaded the latest patch 3 times and get this Message over and over when I try the client

    I am reverifying the Files Hope that works if Not then I don't know what to do

    Update from last post, i think i found my problem, through verifying of the client i found something was being blocked by my firewall, this will make the client unable to be used

    Yes that was in fact the issue, i suggest running verify for at least 30 minutes before closing out and trying again

    Well Just finished the Second Verify Getting tired will do it later for a third maybe I messed something If anyone has any further Suggestions please post them here

    If I could get Into the Log in screen I would but I can't even get past the main Client Screen.

    Keeps saying Unable to launch game. Before the Patch I just hit lvl 50 and I have 1 Bh 29 and a BH 39 On my to do list when I log in. But if this issue takes 2 weeks to resolve then So much for the 2x drops I was needing for several items.

    Ok I found the Problem and Now I can get in.....

    The issue is with my Virus Protection not the firewall.

    According to the Diagnostic a bit of code called: Mal/Behav-024 is a malicious element within the program and was blocking it.

    This Bit of Code according the Webroot Antivirus Scan Program Is a Very High risk in fact a maxed out threat bar. I would Like confirmation from the devs on this.

    Quite alot of game coding can be mistaken for a virus by virus software because the coding matches some of the same coding for common viruses. It could be a virus embedded into the game or it could be a fluke. The virus software is doing it's job if it's a fluke and you just need to ignore the problem and enable it in your virus software. However...I don't know at this time if it's a fluke or an actual virus. Most likely since nobody else is having issues I'd say it's a fluke.
