Wraith Attacks

I know that some people may not care. What ever happened to the wraith atttack that use to happen in around different towns. Sometimes it was fun to go to them. The last one that I went to was only during a legion attack. So I do wonder what pwi has done with this.

    They still happen.

    Duke just doesn't announce them anymore because he was permanently muted after complaints he was being too noisy regarding the anni packs.

    You now need to listen by word of mouth (typing of fingers? >> ) from other players to find out where they are and when.

    The duke's shouts will be back when packs stay out of the cash shop.


    Yes, it's going to take.. a while.
    Wondering how much longer these **** packs are going to be around.

    And while I can see the laziness/incompetence behind disabling ALL duke messages (including the nix/herc ones on top of the ones mentioned), in this case it perhaps works in favor of newbies in particular who might be questing or grinding in that area to be able to have first dibs at those wraith mobs because the rewards will be closer to their level. Before, it was commonplace or high levels to massacre even low level wraith attack areas when it was in red.

    Just my thoughts.

    any lvl 9x in a 1x wraith attack is fail. any skill u use will cause your weapon's repair cost to be higher than the actual drop u get.

    but me don't think the drops at the lower level ones be worth the time....
    me could've probably killed like 4 mobs near me level and actually gotten some exp,spirit off of that instead of going to a lowbie wraith attack.
