lvl96 Arcane mold top

i am not sure if this is right spot for asking this if not plz gms or mods move me

soo anyway i wanted to know if lvl 96 arcane mold (Cape of Underworld Slayer
) existed in pwi cause in pwdatabase it says its a boss in middle of seat that drops it but when i went there there was no boss maybe database got it wrong its in another place? soo anyway i am asking if anyone in pwi saw it or have it and could maybe post an SS of it or tell me where is the boss exactly would be much appreciated. ty
