PrePaid Card Problem

I got a prepaid card and used it, when i did it said an error had occurred and gave me email to send info for. I sent email saying that i didn't get zen and now the card shows being used. I also sent in a ticket and got this response

I did this and not worked so sent email letting them know.

Sent me this after

After 2 weeks i sent email again asking what was going on.
I got this back

Now it will be a month on the 4th

How long dose these things take to be fixed i think a month is a little to long on a money issue. I have sent 2 more emails in and no one has gotten back to me. I waited a week and sent another and sent one more today.

Is this a problem that happens a lot should i just not buy the cards anymore?

    The length of time to resolve these issues is very long and does often take this amount of time. Please refrain from posting emails from PWE on the forums as the forum rules indicate. Since your issue is already being worked on and we have your email, we will continue the issue from there. As of right now, I am personally sending another email to this processor because it has indeed been too long for a response from them. Closing this thread because this issue is being handled.
