Help - Can't see where I am going

This may sound really dumb, but in a dungeon I can see where I came from but not what is in front of me. I keep running into things and die. How do I change where I am looking. When flying I can just turn around but not when I am running. I would really appreciate the help.

    Click the right mouse button and hold it down while moving it around. Will move your camera for you.
