What to do with Public Quest problem?

Hello everyone.

Here on Sanctuary the PQ seems to have a bug, big bug, like bigger than a Tarantula b:shocked

PQ NPC is missing, no one is fighting anywhere, no one can start PQ. Is there a given time range only to do PQs because, if so, I never read that anywhere.b:surrender

    The public quest doesn't run 24/7 (for some mad reason) the NPC should spawn at... 9am server time, I think.

    The lvl 60-80 one.

    I see, thanks. Good thing in order to get some sleep, but not for people in different time zones. Noon here and wanted to kill some mobsies b:sad

    so there is a specific time? tx for the info! someone told me its a rare spawn -_-

    It's around from 9 AM till 11 PM server time. Though, I think that the 11 PM thing varies or something, or maybe I was delusional when I thought I saw it a bit after 11 o_O

    Edit: server time should be GMT-8 iirc.

    Thanks for the replies. Yet another thing they could easily just add into the in-game help but I guess there are many more important things to do (the darn 1k kick bug out of all RBs :S ...)..

    Yeah he's normally always there at this time , ive been doing PQ for a few weeks now. Why has he gone ?!?!? Whats going on ?!? b:shocked

    it spawns at a certain time(not sure what that time is) then disappears after a while. it will reappear a few minutes after the current PQ finishes and starts over again. if its gone for hours that means that the people who were running the PQ quit it and never finished. then you will just have to wait for the next spawn time.

    Could be a good explanation... Buuuuuut, why on more than one server is he gone? I don't think he's been on HT all day, someone correct me if I am wrong...

    But if he is missing on more than one server for the whole day so far, I don't think this explains it at all.

    Missing for me too, at this point of the day he's usually been there a good 4-6 hours. I usually pop over for a few PQ after finishing BH on my alt, hope it's back soon =/

    I just checked and he is back on HT but we also have a gm here next to him. Guess BC is making sure he doesn't run away again b:chuckle
