Quests stuck in Quest list

Hello,
Since yesterday I have the problem, that quests that should activate instantly keep being stuck in my quest list forever. For example, if I use the Brimstone Teleport via the illusion stone, I have the quest "Brimstone Teleport" in my quest list for half a minute or more before it actually teleports me in. This is NOT due to lag, since I can click stuff or chat just normally. Other examples are: During WQ it takes ages for me to get the next book, in FC it takes ages till I get teleported by the quest NPC in the middle of the dungeon, if I open a lucky pack, I have the quest in my list for a minute and so one...
The most annoying thing however is the cube. Not only the dices take ages to activate, but also quests and timers inside do. I had to stay in room 47 (Final Stand) for almost three minutes and it wouldn't teleport me out...
The only thing that seems to help is relogging, then the quest activates as soon as I log in again. But this is not an option, since I lose buffs or get ported into the instance from the illusion stone without being in squad if I relog... I actually died twice in room 47 yesterday, because I tried to force log myself so I can teleport out.
I have to add that it does not always happen. Sometimes everythign works for an hour or so, but today for example I have to restart at every WQ point, and it keeps annoying me..
Does anyone know a solution? Thx in advance.

I noticed the ani packs and coral packs take ages to work lately. I think the corals took about 10 - 20 seconds to open. I think it is a server sided issue.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0

Ok, it gets worse and worse... I was at cube room 49 and the timer didn't start. So I relogged and the timer was already at 1:40 min. I killed mobs till 10 seconds left and then turned in to stop the quest. Then it ported me back to room 1. Seriously, that's not funny anymore. I don't want to waste time, dice tickets, coins and do all cards for some bug. -.-[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0

Happen to some other quest too, but what i get recently is duke rumor quest.
The quest just stuck at my quest list and i can't ask for new rumor from duke.

No its not.Things take a while to open for me too,and I'm in HL.It's not lag,and it doesn't take as long..usually.takes 10 seconds for illusion stone to port me,and quite a while to open lucky packs,notes,and stuff.And for some reason,its taking a while to use skills on my cleric,or sell things to npcs.Appliance perfect world.

Actions such as item and skill usage, trading with anyone or anything, etc get sent to the server for verification and goes through some processes and provides an outcome to you and/or other players. Network/Internet lag can delay the data "packets" that is sent back and forth between your computer and the server. Since not all actions are affected, it's unlikely to be net-lag. It's more likely to be part of the server-sided processes software-wise.
If it was a client-sided bug, it wouldn't make much or any noticeable difference either way unless you set up a packet-capturing program to see if it's sending the packet as soon as you command it to.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0
