Assassin skills?

okay like when i go to the assassin master or whatever(the one that sells skills) it says total at the bottom like 7435 then next to the skill it says like spirit-1000 but when i go to buy it. it says i dont have enough spiritual cultivation. im really confused. can someone help

    Press Q on your screen scroll down to your orange quest. Complete it. Then get your skill

    i tried tht and it says. you have not reached the required spirtual cultivation lvl

    If you are around lvl 39 then in order to proceed with your cultivation you need to die once.
