genie skill qn

hi, got a qn here. didnt manage to find anything on wiki or forums yet, not sure if i have missed any out. juz wondering, if my genie has aquaflame armor and wind shield, and if i cast them 1 after another, will the dmg reduction stack up or will the effect of the 1 casted later overwrite the 1 casted 1st?
