Blacksmithing level 5

Sorry to toss this here, but I am looking for information on getting Blacksmithing from lvl 4 to level 5. I can't seem to locate any information on where to begin this, or who to go to to get it.

Any advice would be appreciated.

    ok I seem to be running into a slight roadblock here. None of the blacksmith information tells you how to get from 4 to 5. It just says that skill level 6 is dependent on having skill level 5, but there is no information concerning how to get skill level 5.

    So... How do you get from skill level 4, to skill level 5?

    Just manufacture weapons? Or is there a quest for it?

    *edit* Nope no quest... just go to the Elder and 'buy' it... go figure. LOL.

    Just manufacture until you're 100% then go to elder to learn level 5 :).

    which elder do i go to to get my blacksmith to lvl5? I went to 1k, arch elder, tellus elder and they don't got anything for me to make it to lvl 5, and its sitting at 100%.

    Any of them when you have level 4 blacksmith at 100%

    On a side note, I miss some of Saitada's old posts. :(
