Bald Tideborn

Ok apparently the crashing alt-tabing in and out or using Ctrl F9 got fixed. But NOW I just noticed when i saw a Tiideborn close up.... they're ALL BALD. What the hell is going on with this game? I didnt' have this bug till THIS WEEK, yet it's been awhile since it's been out from what i've read on here. The Alt-tabbing and w/e crashign got fixed and now i have the bug everyone else has been seeing? I made a tideborn a month ago, but havent' touched it since i made my veno. My best friend made a couple tideborns too, neither one of us had bald toon on my screen till this week. And now there's this cat-shop crashing...... b:shocked

EDIT: Ok i just got on all 3 of my toons. Assasin, Veno and Archer. Tideborn toons are only bald on my archer. The hair ON the toons themselves (not the pic up top of the screen) is fine when i'm on my veno or Assasin but on my archer EVERy Tideborn in the game is bald. Weirdest bug i've ever seen.

    When you quit the game while the Best Performance option is turned on, your graphics settings will be set to match the Best Performance settings. If you go into your in-game System Settings, you can manually set the items in the System and UI tabs back to where you want them. Two items are of particular note: the first is the Customizations box in the UI tab; when it is unchecked it causes all characters to appear with the default appearance to ease the strain of loading hundreds of customizations. The second is the Show/Hide Players Outside the Range Limit button above your character's HP bar; when active, players outside the range of your abilities will not be visible.

    ya srry i'm not one of the usual 12 year old's on here that dont' know what they're doing with a pc. it has nothing to do with the UI settings. IT"S JUST on my archer. And my UI settings are on max except for tree/flower (since there's a bug like around orchid temple where some grass is white blocks, so i jsut turn the grass off). I haven't played in like a year till recently but nothig's changed on my pc at all, and the grass was never screwed up b4. But ya my UI settings are the same on each character so if THAT was it, TB would be bald on all 3. They're FINE when i'm on my veno and Assasin. It's just my Archer... And Show/Hide players button being on or off shouldnt' make people bald.....

    I haven't been playing my archer much, been on my new veno, but i dont' think this happened to ME anyway till the last patch. I can't be sure on that though, especially since i've seen threads on this for the past few weeks or even month now.

    *****EDIT***** : Um srry man, I guess i'm still half asleep i thought u meant the graphics tab in the UI window. I got on and looked for a sec, hit the actual UI tab... and saw the customizations button (and it was unchecked). Dont' ask me how it got unchecked idk, but i checked it, went to find a tideborn, and they're not bald anymore. XD Thanks for the help.

    i had the same problem, it was driving me crazy! thanks for the fix, not sure how the customization got turned off in my settings!

    Turning customizations off is part of what happens when you turn on Best Performance. Most people don't notice because it's just a little checkbox b:victory
