Can connect to update, cannot connect to Game Server

Okay, so the story, I had a perfectly working install and connection then,

I removed my Anti-virus going from AVG free to NOD32, and then to a smaller free program called Office scan that doesn't seem to even have port blocking features (provided by my school.)

After this transition, I tried to connect to PWI, and after successfully updating, to most recent patch(it had been a while), I try to log in.
However, it doesn't get beyond the select server, and username login screen.
It gives a server timeout.

To test the connection I:
tried my account on each of the servers,
tried a friend's username, and reinstalled,
tried my account on each of the servers again,
disabled all antivirus
tried my account on each of the servers,
disabled firewall
tried my account on each of the servers,

No success.

What I have is:
OS: Windows 7 x64 professional (legit)
Anti-Virus: OfficeScan
Firewall: Windows
Internet Connection: University, but has worked in past, and tech support assures me there are no blocked ports that affect this game (I gave ports & info).
Web Browser: Google Chrome ONLY, I removed IE from services and no Firefox.
Admin: Yes.

Can I get some tech advice?
