Missing Hair Style.

What ever happened to this hair style?

I logged on after the Christmas Event Patch and my character had completely new hair! No one on the 'Sanctuary' server could help me with it.. so I just waited until I found a make-over scroll to change back to that 'put up in a hair tie with curly bangs' hair style in the screenshots that I like.

But when I used the scroll (just yesterday) the hair-style isn't even in the option of hairs to pick from!!

Whats going on with this? Was it removed for a specific reason? I don't see anyone else wearing that hairstyle anymour either, and it was like.. the BEST one.
