All NPCs now have an invisible 10 meter "bubble" surrounding them. No player or mount can enter the bubble or stand on it, providing greater ease of clicking on the NPC. Normally, players tend to stay huddled near NPCs while on their mounts. Any mount not moving and in contact with a NPC bubble is instantly stowed and cannot be re-summoned until you move outside the bubble range for at least 5 seconds.
All mobs will no longer remain aggroed to a player indefinitely (maximum chasing time is 10 seconds before returning to where it was).

All hairstyles are now available to all non-Barbarian classes. All characters will receive a free makeover scroll in their mailbox. This scroll cannot be traded or sold.
Venomancers and Barbarians, when using their animal morph skill, will now transform into the animal they represent. The skill name itself will be changed based on the animal type.
All NPC characters that is not involved with quests or any other purpose are removed from the game until further notice. All other NPCs that were missing as a result of previous patches are restored.
The level requirement to use the Trade channel is removed. All trade messages that would have been seen in Common or World chat is automatically transferred to the Trade channel. Any attempt to bypass this filtering process will result in being automatically muted from all channels (except Squad, Faction and Whisper) for three days and the message itself will not be displayed. If muted in this manner three times, the duration becomes permanent.
The number of names allowed on your friends list or blacklist is unlimited. Both lists are now stored in your PWI folder. Both you and blacklisted characters will be invisible to each other and interaction of one to the other will not be possible.
Headgear, such as sunglasses and hats, are no longer bound to specific hairstyles and are available to all characters.
NOTE: As a reminder to all players, Venomancers will always be female only and Barbarians will always be male only. These will never change for any reason nor will same gender mount riding/embracing/marriages ever be allowed.

We are happy to announce in this new patch that we will be updating and renaming your BOOT.INI file to BUHBYE.INI
Sadly, another MMO I play actually DID delete the BOOT.INI file off of users computers with a patch. Talk about an EPIC fail.

Tideborn skin fix for ATI and the other card that has the issue b:cry
There are plently more but I am holding my Makeover scroll to make my stinky fishy have a more humanoid pigmented skin. b:surrender
Also most your ideas are good but some about the cash shop well you know, it may not work because like for example letting people choose their fash colors without ability to die means they buy fash and that's it. Thats great for us of course, but from a bussiness standpoint (they do have to pay a server upkeep) its an annoying gamble indeed butits one of the many CS things that keeps the servers alive. Also reducing the prices will be bad as well, but I do feel certain specific items should be cheaper namely that perfect hammer. $5 bucks and the many things it opens. heh prey to find one for less then 1.5 mil to open a $1million box. Is that a reward or a curse? That is the question0 -

I have to disagree on this. The cash shop is a double-edged sword.Someone needs to pay for the servers, and being able to buy your way to the top ruins the game. Seeing as fashion has no affect on gameplay, however is fairly high in demand, I see it fit to have all fashion related things kept in the cashshop.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

I won't use fancy colors but here is mine
Gameplay changes:
The venomancer pet skill "flesh ream" is no longer usable in a pvp environment. This includes open world pvp, Territory Wars and duels. The barbarian flesh ream is uneffected.
All class pets are no longer clickable. This change was made to address an issue with players abusing the pets to hide in a pvp envrionment.
Bug Fixes
The bushy tailed venomancer model no longer will only have the face change color when you change the skin color.
The reverse has been applied to tideborn characters. Their face will now change color with the rest of their body.
Botique changes
The item Lucky Coral has been removed and will not be returning. This also applies to anniversary packs.
Tokens of luck are now sold in-game by the Merchant NPC for a price of 15,000 coins each. Tokens of best luck will not be returning.
Other changes
All items that are bought from a player shop are instantly bound to the player that bought them. This was done to address the inflation caused by resellers. This does not apply to the auction house.
Auction house fees have been rasied by 15%. This has been done in conjunction with the above to create a much needed coin sink.
I haven't actually played in a while so I don't know all the current issues but this is my update.b:victoryMain characters

12. Venomancers and Barbarians, when using their animal morph skill, will now transform into the animal they represent. The skill name itself will be changed based on the animal type.
All of these changes I quoted are bad, and here's why:
1. This would mean that you could make some items with as few as 13 herbs total.
2. Then what would happen to farming them?
3. This would mean that you could use items to be simultaneously temporarily immune to damage, movement impairments and have no channeling.
4. LOL! Ridiculous. This would mean that MP would be worthless, mana charms would only be used for automatic regen.
5. So wait? You could use Alter Marrow Magical to boost your magical defenses without losing anything at all?
6. This would leave the highest level players with nothing to do. When you got all the gear, high levels, there just isn't anything left. And if you cannot even TW, there really is no reason to play the game. You would practically lose every member that is 100 or higher.
7. This would mean that some of the cheaper items, such as Wind Widgets and Training Esotericas would be terribly cheap.
8. LOL! Seriously, it's a coin sink. Be glad that there even is one.
9. This would cause the catshops to be piled on the other areas, causing for them to be packed really closely, possibly causing difficulty on going through them.
10. Why?
11. People would just buy and sell at different times, people already do it.
12. Well, what about the bats? Those would have to be very small and therefore hard to target in PvP.If you disregard what I say because of who I am or because of the contents of what I said, you are a fool.

No. Inflation is inevitable. Drastic inflation is not caused by reselling goods. There's two types:
1. Demand pull
2. Cost push
A single person does not cause inflation. Market demand does, and so do events that push up the cost of obtaining things.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
Inflation is not real. People do not have to sell for a high price, the fact that they do is simply being greedy.
The point of that was to remove resellers entirely, it will make prices much lower overall.Main characters

No one want, chest of coin removed ? (that mean bye bye hammer) b:bye
Btw, lowering hammer price will increase gold price per coin.
1 chest of coin = 1m
1 hammer = 5 gold x 200k = 1m
If hammer were 2 gold . . . woot 500k coin per gold. b:shocked
With anni / coral pack it will jump to 750k ?
So, remove the chest of coin please. b:cute[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

And you are not being greedy for wanting to buy something for the lowest price possible?
Removing resellers doesn't lower prices. When market demand exceeds supply, in the short run, firms will increase output to meet demand, also increase their marginal cost. They will then charge higher prices to compensate for the excess cost they must go to to supply the extra goods. If I normally spend 3 hours farming mats for you to buy, and all of a sudden you want 4 hours worth of mats, I will charge a higher price, because I am giving up my time for something else to do that for you.
That has nothing to do with reselling, and everything to do with supply and demand.
That has nothing to do with reselling. That's a price raise to compensate for the fact that i have increasing costs in the short run to raise production.
Another factor is cost push inflation, when the cost to produce something goes up. Would you continue to supply something at a loss? I wouldn't. Therefore they jack up prices to compensate for higher expenditures on intermediate goods.
Unless a (re)seller is a monopolist, they have no power over the price, and ultimately it is the buyer themself, who are sending signals to the supplier as to what prices are reasonable. If people weren't willing to pay higher and higher prices for a rarity, do you really think sellers would put it that high? Of course not. It doesn't make sense.
A simple example would be auctions. The auctioneer puts up an item for sale. Person A bids $10. Person B bids $20, and person C bids $30. The process continues until the bid meets the perceived value of the item. This will happen regardless if there are resellers or not. People are not going to pass up an item that is undervalued. They will keep fighting for it until they think the value they receive is equivalent to the cost they are paying.
It's not about resellers. It's about supply and demand.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0
