Celetial spirit in danger quest Tideborn

Hey I'm doing the level 19 spiritual cultivation quest for tideborn and I found the sprite but it doesn't let me click on the bush, is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

    you need to kill a monster first and get the first fairy, then you can click on the plant to obtain the second fairy
