Ghost cry thorn. where is it?

how do u get the Ghost cry thorns? i looked everywhere and dont see them in any of the forges...

are they only available to get as a drop from a boss?

Afaik only as a drop in FF and now "drum roll" by using the Frost token thingie from coral packs at the NPC

since when did they add it to the boutique agent o_O? it wasnt avaliable before when frost insignias came from anniversary packs
