remove the damn mana drain from it so maybe people will want that buff

also make it without cooldown like bramble so we can buff every party member

    Bramble has a chance to reflect, SoV is a 100% flawless you get hit it deals damage buff. Something that good has to have a downside, there is no way the mana cost will go away.

    Not being able to buff the whole party is a good thing, also. Having to be selective with your buffs makes for a more interesting time. Rather than just hitting everyone and everything with it.

    bramble is 100% chance to reflect x% of melee dmg
    so soul of vengeance should be totaly reworked and be 100% chance to reflect X% of range dmg or something like it

    I agree especially for the long cool downif not the least they should do is make it an AOE party buff of sorts.

    I'd rather the mana come from the caster's mana pool ^^ cuz I'm just that nice
    and I don't mind the cooldown right now since it's pretty useless anyways (20 reflects = 1 hit with aqua impact)

    i have both a veno and a psy, both skills are helpful for their class, what im wondering is, do you have to have either/or or can you have both, i realize how powerful this combo would make one person, but i would like to be protected somewhat from both phy and mag damage at the same time.

    i actually got a veno to buff my psy, and it looked like the monsters damage was reflected, only by the sov.

    FYI, sage SoV does not consume mana upon hit/deflect.

    "Returns 60% of melee damage to attackers. Lasts 10 minutes."

    Now then, am I the only one who thinks that the two skills are not similar at all, except for the "returns damage" part? For one, Bramble is at a fixed 60%, which depends on your target, whereas Soul of Vengeance is 8% of the buffer's.

    Without the manacost, Soul of Vengeance would be insane, especially on the higher levels, since the reflect depends on the Soulforce, which depends on refines.

    max soulforce: ~55k, lets say 60k
    demon sov: 12%
    so...7200
    pvp: 1800.

    not bad.

    wet, if the mob hits the brambled with magic, it wont work while sov works.

    Sage SoV doesn't use up mp as already mentioned. As for reducing cd and buffing multiple people with it, sure, but if and only if didn't work in TW and PK. Killing someone buffed with SoS and SoV is annoying enough as it is.
