Allclass Soulforce type of Status and Arena depending on it

hi there
i would like to see, that every class gets the Soulforce Status.
Then there should be a new Arena where Players can Battle againts others with nearly same Soulforce.
This way ppl that are not uba geared can PVP each other without getting onehit from an ubageared player.
