Sooo why does the chromatic seal sometimes wears off quicker than what the description says b:surrender

    You're...kidding, right? Please please please tell me you're kidding. b:sad

    The description says it sleeps for UP TO XX.X seconds. Meaning it could theoretically, at level 10, sleep them for 0.1 seconds, or 33.6 seconds, or anywhere in-between.

    Yup, exactly that. The skill description reads up to x seconds, so exactly how long a duration you get is somewhat a gamble.

    I would not call it oracle....well not of the bat. When i was low level i could not wait to get it, cause it sounded awesome. Until later on i took the time to read the part "up to". b:laugh

    What ^ said. I hate the "up to" part on our seals. My silence seals never last longer than the casting animation. T_T

    She's on a pve server. Probably doesn't need to use it very much if she doesn't pvp...

    But yeah, I was incredibly excited to get the "cleric's 30 second sleep" until I finally got it and read the description. :(
