IP ban? (Ticket sent)

Hi all,

It's been a while since I sent a ticket regarding this issue. It seems my home IP address has been banned (seems to be a blanket ban after asking some friends) and I've already sent a ticket. Just curious as to how long it takes to process a low priority ticket like mine? I miss posting on the forums at home. b:cry

    3 days to a week or so
    and as far as me know....there be no "high" or "low" priority tickets.

    Our average response time is 3 to 5 business days, but that can fluctuate depending on the volume of tickets we are receiving at any time. I do know that there has been an IP issue with a few select users, I'm not sure if this is the same thing you are experiencing but as long as you sent a ticket we'll definitely look into it and get back to you.
