Best build?

So far I've been following the guide on the sticky. But yesterday I met a barb who said he had 54 dex and 299 strength, and the rest in vitality. I wanted to know which is the best build for pvp. Should I stop at 54 dex and 299 strength, or keep following the stickied guide?
