Im really sorry for posting this here when I suppose to send a ticket. I sent one and I didnt get answers back, I know that GMs have millions of tickets to read but I really cant wait that long.
Someone has been hacking my account for stole my stuff on my Veno last Friday. I changed the password when I found out stuff got stolen and I got **** again today, which is Monday losing more things so I went and changed the password again.
Now this person went and changed the password of my main email and other alternate emails. I dont kno how long I can try to keep this person away from my PWI account or my emails. I dont know what to do and I really needed help x.x

As long as you sent in a ticket you should be fine. It may take 3 to 5 days for us to respond, but as long as you sent your ticket we can track the changes that are being made and assist you with whatever we can. b:victory

If you can no longer access your account e-mail address please send a ticket while you are logged out from our website from this page: http://support.perfectworld.com/ticketing

If you see the "contact e-mail" box, it will not be greyed out if you're not logged into the site so you can send your ticket and specify the e-mail address that we should respond to.

    Thank you very much!
I just hope that person didn't delete any messages that you guys might have sent me concerning about this problem. Is there a way to give more than one email address in case?

We would prefer that you leave an e-mail that you can access for us to send our reply. I'm hoping that you do have an alternate e-mail that you can still access, it would not be safe to use an e-mail account that has been compromised.

Yes, you can specify an alternate (or additional) e-mail in your ticket.

Yeah, just send another ticket and list the e-mail address(es) you want the reply to your other ticket sent to.

Wow if you just randomly got **** like that multiple times and even with your e-mail, you might have some Spyware on your computer. I'd check that out if I were you.

If for some other reason... well good luck.

I wish it was only Spyware but someone is really intentionally messing. When my email got **** and I couldn't log, I did the "Forget password thing" and sent the reset message to it Alternate Email but never received it bc that person changed the Alternate Email to Quynhurscrewed@hotmail.com (quynh is my name) and I pretty sure I never make that email or put it there...

run a malware check on you pc.

    I recommend housecall.trendmicro.com

if your PC has your name in it. that's where they got the name from most likely. Most users label their username as "John Doe" or "Jane Doe" or just the first names. Mine is Saiki it is not my real name, and it's not even CLOSE to my real name. Like I said though, run a malware check on your PC. IF you know how to do this, I recommend using Avast! on linux. It has caught viruses windows could not. (I use avast! on both windows and "xubuntu linux live")
I'm a guy, not a woman, that is all
