All 3 assassins stuck in the same spot..

I really want to create an assassin but frankly everytime i make one, it gets stuck at the same spot. When i made my first one it got stuck near the portal to go to the main city. What i mean by stuck is that when i log in my assassin, the game automatically freezes and this happens when i go to the same spot (i must go through that spot to proceed through the game). This is no coincidence because i've made three assassins two on the same server and one on another server and all three of them are stuck in the same spot. My blade master works just fine so there is nothing wrong with my computer. Basically all i am asking is can i have some assistance or an answer on how i can get my assassin to get out of this spot that makes the game not respond and logs me out as soon as i log in.
