Yeah, i was dumb enough to do this... but this person scammed me. I dunno if you could do anything, but i don't want other players to get scammed by this too. It was only 150k, but to a lower level player who doesn't know about this, it could make them stop playing. Thanks in advance b:bye

    Not dumb just greedy. People like that shop take advantage of player greed and its amazing how many players fall into the trap. It should be bannable to do that however.

    I got scammed today too. Lost 16 mil + my mount to some idiot. Yes, it was my fault, but still. This should be bannable, imo anyways.

    It is bannable but is also not allowed to shame players on the forums. You need to send a ticket with pics to GM's

    me called teh powah of the ban hamster and actually got one to scram.
    b:chuckle

    (she tried to sell me a "lunar" necklace" which was actually a TT necklace....which looked like a rhino horn necklace....then after me put the monies she would swap it with a normal rhino horn necklace....of course me hamtastic powah and noob powah and me habit of checking before the final trade prevented teh scam in it's tracks.)
    of course me has screenshotted the whole thing and got a GM on the spot within minutes.
    (me spent the time warning others about the scam lol)


    so um...yesh.....make sure you don't fall for such obvious scams and make sure you collect evidence and submit a ticket.

    Shame what players lol? Pretty sure thats a lvl 1 shop char on a separate account that has no connection to the real owner but the IP number.

    Anyway why the hell would anyone try to scam people with lime stones :o

    I dont even know what they're used for i npc them >.<

    Lmao every couple weeks some greedy noobs charge into vent shouting I got scammed!! Same scam over and over again last time was dq time b4 that was manto. Why can't ppl just learn ... Tbh now I c ppl like op got scammed I just tell them to suck it up

    Unfortunately this has been happening quite a bit lately. Submit a ticket with your screenshots and what happened, as the boards are not that good of an avenue to catch a GM's attention.

    The easiest way to prevent this from happening is to simply be careful and double check everything when it comes to trading with other players in any form. You never know when someone will try to scam you.
